The Asian Coalition of Tallahassee is an umbrella organization dedicated to uniting Asian communities in the Big Bend Area and promoting Asian culture. Each October, the Coalition presents Experience Asia, a free, day-long festival where you can discover the ancient traditions of Asian culture, music, dance, arts, crafts, and of course, great Asian cuisine. Representatives from the Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Taiwanese, and Thai community share traditions and practices unique to each culture through demonstrations and performances.

The mission of the Association Française de Tallahassee is to promote the language and culture of French speaking countries, and in a more general way, cultural diversity. Offering four sessions of French language classes a year for children, teens and adults at all levels, AFTally encourages cultural, intellectual and artistic exchanges between northern Florida and the French speaking world through lectures, conversation groups, exhibits and other events.

Located in the historic James T. Perkins House, across from the historic Brokaw-McDougal House in the Calhoun Street Historic District. Contains an extensive library of books, reports, periodicals, photographs, and maps relating to historic Tallahasssee, the region, and the state. Library is open to the public and staff is available to assist with research questions and historic preservation issues. Also features a rotating art exhibit featuring historic themes in the main reception area.
